In addition to our physical spaces, we also run an Access Wellbeing online drop-in service every Wednesday from 10am-4pm. Just like our physical spaces, the online space is open to anyone aged 18 and over, with no appointment needed. It is staffed by a team of friendly wellbeing coordinators who are on hand for a free, confidential chat, whatever’s on your mind.
How to access the Access Wellbeing online drop-in
The Access Wellbeing online drop-in takes place every Wednesday (except bank holidays) from 10am-4pm.
During those times, simply click on the button below to join the virtual waiting area, and a member of our team will be with you as soon as possible for a private video call. You can talk through what’s happening for you, and our wellbeing coordinators can listen, offer one-to-one support and help you explore what might help.
The online drop-in service is managed using Attend Anywhere, a secure and confidential NHS video call service that can be accessed using a computer, smartphone or tablet. Find out more about how Attend Anywhere works below.

About Attend Anywhere
Attend Anywhere is completely confidential and secure. The calls cannot be accessed by anyone else. You can use Attend Anywhere on a PC, Mac or an iOS/Android device, using Google Chrome or Apple Safari. Attend Anywhere will not work on Internet Explorer.
When you click on the link for the online drop-in, you will be taken through a series of steps to ensure that your equipment is set up correctly. Once the steps have been completed, you will be prompted to enter your name and telephone number and accept the terms and conditions. This information is not stored beyond the length of the video call.
Once these steps have been followed, click on the ‘Start Call’ button and you will enter the waiting room until a member of our team is ready to see you. You will see yourself on the video and hear music. The waiting room is private and you will not see other patients.
Once a wellbeing coordinator is available, your image will shrink and move to the corner of the screen and you will see them on the screen. The video call is free (except your internet usage charge) and data is not used whilst you are in the waiting room.
