You don’t need an appointment to visit the Poole hub – you can drop-in anytime between 9.30 am – 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday. The hub is located on the 1st floor of the shopping centre, next to the car park entrance.
Poole bus station and train station are located nearby.
We are CLOSED on Bank Holidays.
The Access Wellbeing Poole Hub offers free mental health and wellbeing support to anyone aged 18 and over in Dorset, with no appointment or referral needed.
Whatever’s on your mind, our friendly wellbeing coordinators can take the time to listen, then help you to find a way forward – whether that’s for your mental health and emotional wellbeing, or practical worries such as money, work or housing.
Access Wellbeing Poole is run by Help & Care, through a partnership with BCHA, the Lantern Trust, Dorset Mind, Harmony and Dorset HealthCare. This innovative partnership delivers mental health and wellbeing support across Dorset. The Poole hub team will also go out to communities where we know people experience barriers to accessing health services. People with real-life experience of those barriers will be supported to develop projects such as peer support groups, further strengthening the impact Access Wellbeing Poole will make.
