New Access Wellbeing online drop-in service launches

We are excited to announce that we will be trialling a new online Access Wellbeing drop-in service from 9 September.

The new Access Wellbeing Attend Anywhere sessions will take place every Wednesday from 10am-4pm. They will be staffed by a team of friendly wellbeing coordinators and are open to anyone aged 18 and over, living in Dorset with no appointment or referral needed.

The online sessions will work in a very similar way to our physical drop-in spaces. Simply click on the link to join the virtual waiting area and a member of our team will be with you as soon as possible for a private video call. You can talk through what’s happening for you, and our wellbeing coordinators can listen, offer one-to-one support and help you explore what might help.

Attend Anywhere is a secure and confidential NHS video call service that can be accessed using a computer, smartphone or tablet. You can read more about how Attend Anywhere works on the Dorset HealthCare website.

In addition to the new weekly online drop-in session, Access Wellbeing teams can also now offer repeat appointments on the phone or by video call, to make it easier for people to access support.

This can be arranged once you have visited Access Wellbeing in-person or via Attend Anywhere, you can also arrange appointments by calling or emailing.
